Sports betting is fully legal in New Jersey, including both retail and online/mobile wagering. The market is regulated by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement. The minimum age to bet is 21, and bettors must be physically located within New Jersey state lines to place a wager — residency is not required.
